Rionex Exim Private Limited · Maharashtra, India
We import and export copper, aluminium and brass scrap — sourced against ISRI specifications, priced on LME benchmarks, and inspected before it ever leaves the loading port.
About the Company
Rionex Exim Private Limited is an international trading company dealing in ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap, incorporated in Maharashtra in 2025 and operating from its facility at Pelhar, Vasai.
We trade in both directions — importing copper, aluminium and brass scrap from suppliers in the United Arab Emirates, Georgia and Germany for Indian rod mills, smelters and foundries, and exporting to processors abroad. In a trade where most disputes come down to loose grading, skipped inspections and paperwork that will not clear customs, we work to three fixed rules.
ISRI codes on every contract. No lot is offered as "mixed copper" or "good quality scrap".
Third-party PSIC before loading, with container-wise photographs and seal numbers.
LME cash settlement as the reference, with the discount stated in writing.
What We Trade
All material is traded against International Scrap Recycling Industries specifications and valued on London Metal Exchange benchmarks. Grades outside this list can be sourced on enquiry.
How a Shipment Runs
The sequence below is the one we follow on every contract. Nothing in it is skipped to close a deal faster — the steps exist because each one is where this trade commonly breaks.
Grade, quantity, destination port and delivery term confirmed in writing before any price is quoted.
Incorporation documents, trade licence, export permissions and references checked and recorded.
Full corporate offer issued, stating LME reference, quotational period, discount and validity.
Sales and purchase agreement signed, setting Incoterms, tolerance, rejection terms and arbitration seat.
Irrevocable letter of credit established at sight, or an alternative agreed in the contract.
Independent agency inspects, weighs and seals at the loading port. PSIC and radiation certificate issued.
Container-wise photographs, seal numbers, bill of lading, packing list and certificate of origin prepared.
Documents filed for clearance at the discharge port, with the clearing agent briefed ahead of arrival.
Final weight and quality determined at discharge. Variance settled by debit or credit note.
Quality & Compliance
Each of these appears in our contracts as a stated obligation, not as a marketing claim. Certificates are furnished with the shipping documents on every consignment.
The international standard for scrap commodity classification. Every lot carries its ISRI code on the contract and invoice.
Priced against published London Metal Exchange cash settlement figures for a stated quotational period.
Third-party pre-shipment inspection at the loading port, with weight and quality certification.
CIF, CFR and FOB terms, with risk transfer and cost allocation stated explicitly in the contract.
Certificate of non-radioactivity and non-explosive material issued at origin for every container.
Material declared and documented in line with transboundary movement rules for recoverable metal.
Sourcing Markets
We import from established supplier networks in three markets, each chosen for the grades it reliably produces and the documentation standards its exporters work to. Delivery terms and destination port are agreed contract by contract.
United Arab Emirates
A consolidation point for scrap arriving from across the Gulf and East Africa, with short transit times to Indian west-coast ports and well-established free-zone export procedures.
Georgia
Access to material originating across the Caucasus and Central Asia, shipped through Black Sea ports. A growing source of copper and aluminium wire grades.
Germany
Industrial and post-consumer scrap from one of the most tightly regulated recycling markets in the world, with consistent grading and dependable documentation.
